On April 12, 2013 company Hrvatske Autoceste d.o.o. established a daughter company Hrvatske Autoceste Održavanje i Naplata Cestarine d.o.o. and transferred thereto business operations of routine maintenance and toll collection. An agreement was executed for rendering the services of routine maintenance and toll collection that will be carried out by the daughter company Hrvatske Autoceste Održavanje i Naplata Cestarine d.o.o as of April 16, 2013.
