On the today's meeting of the general assembly of the company Hrvatske autoceste the Minister
of the Transport and Infrastructure Mr. Božidar Kalmeta removed from their duty the President of the Management Board Mr. Jurica Prskalo and two Members of the Management Board Mr. Marijo Lovrinčević and Mr. Ivica Mlinarević. Furthermore, at his own request the to-date Chairman of the Supervisory Board Mr. Zdravko Livaković was also relieved of his post.

Mr. Stjepko Boban the to-date President of the Management Board of the company Hrvatske ceste was appointed as a new President of the Management Board. Mr. Josip Sapunar remains the Member of the Management Board of Hrvatske autoceste.
