Purchase, lease or replacement of agricultural land owned by the Croatian Republic
The request for issuance of the statement of the Croatian Highways in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations regarding agricultural land, to the parties applying for the purchase, lease or replacement of agricultural land owned by the Republic of Croatia, should be sent by official mail to:

Širolina 4, 10000 Zagreb
The request must state the purpose for which the statement in question is requested (purchase, lease or replacement of agricultural land), a list of cadastral parcels with the names of the cadastral municipalities in which they are located and the address to which the statement should be sent.
